Pense nisso na sua vida profissional.

Como diz o poema, “A morte nada mais é do que uma passagem, uma transformação”, mas é impressionante como nos agarramos à “vida” e negamos a nós mesmos a oportunidade de renascer profissionalmente.

Recebi de um amigo, mas desta vez li com outros olhos, talvez porque esteja ficando mais velho ou porque nos últimos anos tenho visto uma quantidade enorme de profissionais com medo de “se matar” para renascer.

Eu mesmo passei por isso, agarrado às minhas verdades, às minhas crenças, ao meu “conhecimento adquirido” ao longo dos anos, me negava a renascer.

Admiro os profissionais que naturalmente renascem, aqueles que matam o que não gostam, os que tem a capacidade de ver, de matar e se renovar, isso neles é natural.

Porém, existe um grande número que está “moribundo”, não olhando para dentro de si e matando aquela parte que está destruindo sua vida profissional, os que não escutam ou percebem as “mensagens” que o “mundo” envia.

Nos últimos anos, por “sorte”, tenho convivido muito com essas pessoas, elas estão sempre fazendo as coisas do mesmo jeito, não mudam, culpam o mundo, a sombra, a empresa, o chefe, a senhora do café, o porteiro, e assim vai.

Existe também o aspecto da evolução profissional e aqui também temos que matar o nosso “perfil anterior” e renascer, por exemplo, ao se tornar um líder, um gerente, um gestor, você está abrindo espaço para os que virão com uma nova visão, uma nova vontade, uma nova forma de atingir os objetivos, ao ficar agarrado ao nosso passado, às nossas “verdades”, teremos dificuldades em nos adaptar e liderá-los, ai temos que matar e renascer, temos que evoluir.

Em resumo, esse poema me fez pensar sobre a necessidade de cada profissional estar se renovando, tão complexo e tão simples.

Bom chega, segue o poema.

Estamos acostumados a ligar

a palavra morte,

apenas à ausência de vida,

e isso é um erro.

 

Existem outros tipos de morte.

E precisamos morrer a cada dia.

 

A morte nada mais é que

uma passagem,

uma transformação.

Não existe planta sem a morte

da semente,

não existe embrião sem

morte do óvulo e do espermatozóide,

não existe borboleta sem

a morte da lagarta.

 

A morte nada mais é que o ponto

de partida para o início de algo novo,

a fronteira entre o passado

e o futuro.

 

Se você quiser ser um bom universitário,

mate dentre de você o

secundarista aéreo que acha que

ainda tem muito tempo pela frente.

 

Quer ser um bom profissional?

Então mate o universitário

descomprometido que acha que

acha que a vida se

resume a estudar só o suficiente

para fazer as provas.

 

Quer ter um bom relacionamento?

Então mate dentro de você

o jovem inseguro e ciumento,

crítico e exigente,

imaturo,

egoísta ou solteiro solto

que pensa que pode fazer

planos sozinho,

sem ter de dividir espaços,

projetos e tempo com

mais ninguém.

 

Quer ter boas amizades?

Então mate dentro de si a

pessoa insatisfeita,

que só pensa em si mesmo,

mate a vontade de manipular

as pessoas de acordo com

a sua conveniência,

respeite os seus amigos,

colegas de trabalho e vizinhos.

 

Enfim,

todo o processo de evolução

exige que matemos o nosso eu passado,

inferior.

 

E qual o risco de não agirmos assim?

 

O risco está em sermos duas

pessoas ao mesmo tempo,

perdendo o nosso foco,

comprometendo a nossa produtividade,

e, por fim,

prejudicando o nosso sucesso.

 

Muitas pessoas ficam

assim porque continuam se

agarrando ao que eram,

não se projetam para o que

serão ou desejam ser.

 

Elas querem a nova etapa

sem abrir mão da forma

como pensavam ou como agiam.

Acabam por se transformar

em projetos acabados,

híbridos,

adultos infantilizados.

 

Devemos,

até, às vezes,

agir como meninos,

de forma a não perder

as virtudes da criança:

vitalidade, criatividade,

brincadeira, sorriso fácil,

tolerância…

 

Mas se quisermos ser adultos,

devemos, necessariamente,

matar atitudes infantis,

para passarmos a assumir

inteiramente os papéis de cidadãos,

pais, líderes,

profissionais…

 

Quer ser alguém melhor e evoluído?

Então precisa matar em

você o egocentrismo,

o egoísmo,

para que nasça o ser

que você deseja ser.

 

Pense nisso e morra,

mas não se esqueça de

nascer melhor ainda.

 

O valor não está no tempo

que as coisas duram,

mas na intensidade com que acontecem,

por isso existem

coisas inexplicáveis,

momentos inesquecíveis,

pessoas incomparáveis.
